They separated and she brought a c1ai against him for various domestic items including clothes and six head of cattle.. The primary court in a majority decision awarded the domestic items to her and not •the cows. On appeal the District Magisràte •made an orderi givin her the cows'.a]so.. All the appellant said in his memorandum of appeal was that the claim for cattle was false. The respondent had several witnesses to support her claim but the appellant had none. On the evidence the case against the appellant was a strong one and the lower court ought tohavfound cctipletely in the respondentsfavour. I support the decision of the District Curt and disthiss the appeal with costs shs 50/=. el.
