Review in terms of Section 148 (2) of the Constitution - Applicant seeks to review a judgment of Supreme Court - Review based on two ground (a) that the Court committed an error in concluding that the Re,1pondent qualified as a Senator in terms of Section 96 (c) of the Constitution; (b) that the court committed an error in declaring that the Respondent is not a Returning Offer in terms of the Constitution - On the day matter was heard, Applicant withdrew ground (a) -- Since Supreme Court made its finding in terms of ground (a), there is nothing to review because ground (b) of the review application was obiter -Application for review dismissed with costs _._
