Through it, M/s H. Young & Co (EA) Ltd seek an order enlarging the time for lodging an appeal against the lower court’s judgment dated 8/10/2025. They also seek an order staying execution of the said judgment. 2.The applicant and the 1st respondent have subsequently entered into a consent compromising and settling the application. The 3rd and 4th respondents do not oppose adoption of the consent. 3.In the circumstances, the consent dated 3/2/2026 is adopted and this suit/application is marked settled in the terms set out in the consent. The intended appeal shall be filed and served within 14 days.
