The application is made ex parte but nevertheless, service was affected on the Attorney General, according to Mr. S.M. Kimani, to gratuitously notify him of the existence of the application, and Mr. Ojwang appeared at the hearing of the said leave application on 2nd February 2026. 2I hereby grant the application in terms of prayer number 1 thereof. The cost of the application shall abide the outcome of the committal application. The committal application shall be filed and served within 21 days from today.
