The plaintiff has attended court in person and has testified on oath that he has no intention of replacing his advocates on record, M/s Charles Kariuki & Kiome Associates Advocates. 2.Arising from the above testimony, M/s Roba & Associates Advocates, through Mr. Oginga, have orally applied to withdraw the application dated 3/12/2025, through which they sought leave to replace the plaintiff’s current advocates.
