KUPPET & Others], the Court granted an order staying implementation of the same Branch elections. 3.The Court also noted that there are other similar Claims lodged in different Courts, relating to same subject matter. 4.The current JR Application attests to the correctness of the Court’s observation at paragraph 3. 5.It was noted that these multiple disputes, over the same subject matter and by the same players, pose a danger to the consistency of judicial orders. 6.The Court transferred Petition E009 of 2026 to E&LRC Nairobi, to be dealt with alongside Nairobi Petition E013 of 2026, where orders affecting Nakuru KUPPET Branch elections, had earlier issued. 7.It is prudent therefore that the current application, JR No. E001 of 2026, is transferred to Nairobi, to be dealt with alongside the Petitions stated at paragraph 5 above. 8.It is not necessary to reissue an order staying registration of the election results of Nakuru KUPPET Branch 2026, the Court having already issued such an order yesterday. 9.The Applicant shall serve her application upon the Respondents, and pursue further directions at the E&LRC Nairobi. It is ordered: -a.JR Application No. E001 of 2026, is hereby transferred to E&LRC Nairobi, to be dealt with alongside Nairobi E&LRC Petition E013 of 2026. **DATED, SIGNED AND DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY AT NAKURU, THIS 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2026.****JAMES RIKA****JUDGE**
