JUDGMENT
The charges preferred against A1 and A2 are as follows:-
Count One: Assault; contrary to Section 86(1) of the Criminal Offences Act 1960 (Act 29).
Count Two: Offensive Conduct Condusive to the Breach of the Peace: Contrary to
Section 207 of the Criminal Offences Act, 1960, (Act 29).
Count Three: Threat of Harm; contrary to Section 74 of the Criminal Offences Act 1960
(Act 29).
Parties were referred to Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R.) after
the Court explained the concept to them.
The Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution A.D.R report was brought to court
on 17th December, 2024 for the terms to be adopted.
BY COURT: The terms of settlement filed by parties herein is adopted by the court as
consent judgment.
