AR/AA/DC/A11/02/2025 EVANS AMASHIGAH V GOD’SWAY GUESTHOUSE Plaintiff present Defendant represented by OduroBright(manager) Nolegalrepresentation _____________________________________________________________________________ CONSENT JUDGMENT 1. The Plaintiff claimed against the Defendant as follows: a) An order of the Court to compel Defendant to purchase Plaintiff’s Haojin Motor bike with registration number M – 24 AC 432 or pay its equivalent market price which motor bike was stolen from the Guest House due to the negligence of the Guest House on 26th July, 2024 when the Plaintiff lodged in the said guesthouse. b) Anorder tocompel the Defendantto license the motor bike after the purchase c) Anorder for incidental cost. 2. The matter was referred to the Court – Connected ADR and the matter has been successfully resolved amicably. The parties have agreed and Judgment is entered in favour of the Plaintiff Page1of2 EVANSAMASHIGAHVGOD’SWAYGUESTHOUSE to the extent of the Terms of Settlement entered into by the parties on 25th September, 2024 as follows: a) That the Defendant shall pay an amount of GH₵10,000.00 to the Plaintiff to cover the value ofthe lostbike b) Thatthe said GH₵10,000.00shall be paid in the following manner: i. GH₵4,000.00tobe paid inSeptember 2024 ii. GH₵4,000.00tobe paid inOctober 2024 iii. GH₵2,000.00tobe paid inNovember 2024 3. There shallbe no orderasto costs SGD. MRS.
