3/88 Centre for the Independence of Judges and Lawyers / Yugoslavia Communication on alleged deprivation of the right to practice a profession Final decision "The African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights, established under Article 30 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights; Meeting at its Fourth Ordinary Session from 17 to 26 October 1988; Considering that the communication is directed against a State which is not a party to the African Charter on Human and Peoples' Rights; Declares the communication inadmissible" (Article 101 of the Rules of Procedure). 1
