###### Case summary
The first complaint on appeal was that the evidence of the victim child had not been properly corroborated by the lower courts. The court observed that the victim had been corroborated by her mother who examined her and found her private parts bruised and sperms in her pants’ also that the evidence of the victim’s brother also corroborated the victim’s evidence. The appeal was thereby dismissed.
