Frank George Maghoba, the defendant, has admitted liability in respect of his failure to pay back to the plaintiff, an outstanding balance of shs.23 ,29 1,919/81 made up of principal and interest on a loan extended to him pursuant to a short term overdraft agreement. - In terms of Order Xli R.4 of the CPC, judgment on admission is therefore entered in favour of the plaintiff in the sum of shs.23 ,29 1,919/81 together with interest at 21% per annum and costs of this suit. The defendant is ordered to make the initial payment to the plaintiff of shs.5,000,000/- by end of November 2000 thereafter, to pay the rest in six equal inst"ents in six months.
