They only asked for extension of time within which to pay the loan. In terms of Order XII R.4 of the CPC, judgment is entered on admission, in iivour of the plaintiff in the sum of shs. 18 .3 13,246/- plus interest at the rate of 1 2% per annum from this date of judgment.
