persons and their contraband.. Jobn··Nkenja (PW3) swore that the
accused persons confessed to have committed the offences.,
In his defence , the first ac'cused iu:.:ide an unsworn statement
in which he claimed that the mat'i-e ss · in question ./vas': fi1:..st offerred,
to him for sale ,bJ' the second accused at shs.30,000.00. He could
not buy it because he,.hdU only. sh?.l0t000.00. The second accused

It is upon the ·totality of this evidence that the __ GJ_)pellants
