Kashumbugu for the Ddefendant JUDGMENT BY CONSENT By consent of both parties, judgment is entered in favour of the plaintiff in the sum of T.shs.50 million (Shs50,000,000/=) with interest at 2 1 % per annum. Costs of this suit to be paid by the defendants as per taxation. Payment of the above stated sum to be in accordance with the following payment schedule:- On 1st October 2000 - defendants to pay Shs.25,000,000/= On 1st November 2000 - defendants to pay Shs.12,000,000/= On 1st December, 2000 - defendants to pay Shs.12,000,000/= On 1st January, 2001 - defendants to pay Shs. 12,000,000/= On 1st February, 2001 - defendant to pay Shs.7,834,741/=.
