I agree with him futher that the time factor around 3.003..rn., was odd
hout's of the night. How odd are these hours depends on· a lot of factors ...
e.g. when somebody slept, how etc.
At any rate 1 have carefully co:]sidered and ana.ly8ed all the
surroundings circurrstances ,,,f this case. 1 coYJcur with the trial magistrate
that there was no doubt that the appellant committed the crimese The PW1
was awoken by a rang which E he thought it v1a,s that of their co,,1. · She lit her
