There is no dispute on the f-&_P.t. tl1a.t the exaot aim of a..--i a.tta.im-
hment in execution proceedings is to place t4.e property in the
custody of the ·executing oour,t so as to make it easily available for
the realization of the decree·. It is e~-c:~ly true to assert that
the proceedings envisaged by rules 57 to 59 a.re meant to enable the
objector or cia.ima...~t to persuade the court to _raise the attachl.."lent
and release the at·t;a,ched property and hand it back to him if he
satisfies it that he had some interest in it or was in?()ssess.ion ot·
the same (but not in trust for the judgement dobtor)., Once the
property attached is sold (and the decree satisfied) then th.eat-ta-
