MAP!NDUZI, MANDAKA MNONO ----------------- RESPONDENT RULING BEFORE: - HOE..:!. 0 MUNUO' JO The applicant is seeking leave to appeal against Moshi District Court Civil Appeal No. 4 of 1998 originally Old Moshi Primary Court Civil-Case No. 6 of 1997 on the ground that he delayed in appealing because he was suffering .from diabetes, blood pressure and rheumatism, illnesses which commonly attack him. The respondent opposes the application for the reason that there is no sufficient cause to extend the period of appeal. In view of the fact that the appeal was delayed due to illness, that is sufficient ground for extending the period of. appeal.
