But the court acceps the accepts the evidence for the robbery of a
radio cassette only, Therefore, having found that the appellant was a
party to that crime of robbery, and as a result of which a rad.io cassette
wes robbed, but that the appellant's companions ran away with it, under the
provisions of section 22 (b) of_ the Penal Code,the appellant cannot escape
the damning orde;r to pay compensation for the; radio. cassette robbed from
the appellant.
