Mr. Lundu, learned State Attoiney, vehemently argued this apeal. He submitted that ths resicndent's defence of alibi was of no evidential weight because the same did not oomfl.)-' with the mandatory provisicns of Sbctin 194 (5)(6) of thti Criminal Procedure ,ict, 85 for failure cf the res,1:ondent to give the requisite notice 1 about the said defence or' alibi.
