The respondentis the father ofthe child. The court ordered that a social enquiry report be prepared by the Department of Social Welfare. The social enquiry reportwas duly prepared and filed on12thDecember, 2024. The report recommends that custody of the child be granted to the applicant with reasonable access granted to the respondent. The report also recommends that the respondent assumes full responsibility asfather ofthe child.
