JUDGMENT:
The applicant sought the reliefs as follow:-
(i) An order awarding custody of the issues to the applicant with
reasonable access to the Respondent.
(ii) An order for Respondent to name our last child.
(iii) An order for the Respondent to maintain the issues with the amount
of Eight Hundred Cedis (GH¢800) only every month.
(iv) An order for the Respondent to pay all educational expenses of the
issues herein as and when it falls due.
(v) An order for the Respondent to pay the medical bills of the issues
herein as and when it falls due.
(vi) Any other(s) this Honourable Court may deem fit.
Parties were referred to Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R.) after
the Court explained the concept to them.
The Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution A.D.R report was brought to court
on 6th November, 2024 for the terms to be adopted.
BY COURT: The terms of settlement filed by parties herein is adopted by the court as
consent judgment.
