CORAM: IN THE DISTRICT B COURT SITTING AT AMASAMAN ON FRIDAY, 13TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 2024, BEFORE HER WORSHP ANNETTE SOPHIA ESSEL (MRS.) SITTING AS MAGISTRATE SUI NO: GR/AM/A6/11/25 HAWA YAKUBU VRS RAZAK KESSILLA Applicant Present. Respondent Present. No Legal Representation. JUDGMENT: The applicant sought the reliefs as follows: (a) An order awarding custody of the issues to the applicant with reasonable access to the Respondent. (b) An order for Respondent to maintain the issues with the amount of Five Hundred Cedis (GH¢500) only every month. (c) An order for the Respondent to pay school fees and all educational expenses of the issues herein, as and when it falls due. (d) An order for the Respondent to pay for the medical bills of the issues herein as and when it falls due. (e) An order for the Respondent name our issue. (f) Any other(s) this Honourable Court may deem fit. Parties were referred to Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R.) after the Court explained the concept to them. The Court-Connected Alternative Dispute Resolution A.D.R report was brought to court on 13th December, 2024 for the terms to be adopted.
