Commission française Justice et Paix / Ethiopia Communication on denial of the right to life, dated March 3rd and June 19th 1989 1. The African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights, established under Article 30 of the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights; 2. Meeting at its Sixth Ordinary Session held from 23rd October to 4th November 1989; 3. Considering that the communication is directed against a State which is not a party to the African Charter on Human and Peoples’ Rights; Declares the communication inadmissible. (Article 101 of the Rules of Procedure)
